Sales quantity

Products of limited editions may be sold in limited quantities. In the event that the product is out of stock, we may contact you by email.
 

Delivery time

Delivery time varies depending on the item and requires more than two weeks. We will inform you the estimated time of delivery via email upon ordering.

Return policy

When you receive the product, please check the contents thoroughly. In rare cases that the product is damaged or defective, please contact us within one week from the date of arrival of the item. We will replace it as soon as possible.

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of products that have been used once. We also cannot accept returns or exchanges due to other reasons (such as changing your mind).
 

Cancellation policy

  • We do not accept cancellation requests. Please be sure that only the items you wish to purchase are in your cart before completing the checkout procedure.
  • If you do accidentally order the wrong item, please contact us right away via email.
  • Please note that orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled in any case.
